Cancellation Policy

There will be a £5 charge for every hour your dog is left with us after we have contacted you to say they are ready, and a £5 charge for every 15 minutes after closing hours.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment, All no show/cancelled appointments are to be paid for in full if you do not follow our policy.

However if you inform us within the 48 hours notice we will try to fill the appointment from our cancellation list, if we manage to fill the appointment there will be no charge.

If you fail to pay for the missed appointment your dog will be removed from our client list and you’ll no longer be able to book any appointments at Brite Barks, we cannot force you to pay but we can refuse to do a service.

If you are a client that block books for the year and miss an appointment or cancels less than 48 hours notice and does not pay the fee, we will cancel all future appointments.
